Payment
*I accept PAYPAL and major credit cards.

* Once we have discussed and decided on your headboard, I will make a customized listing on etsy.  Once you have purchased it, I will begin construction.  Construction takes approximately 2 weeks, depending on availability of materials.  If there will be a delay beyond that, I will contact you to let you know. 

 
Shipping
*If you are local to Buford, GA, you are welcome to pick up your item to save on shipping costs. 


* Local buyers, If you would like me to deliver your headboard, that may be possible for a fee of $50.  Please let me know if this is an option you would like to explore.       

*All domestic orders will be shipped by the most cost effective method available and is the responsibility of the buyer to pay for these charges.  Shipping charges include shipping & packaging costs.  I will only charge you exactly what it costs to ship your specific headboard to you.  No more, no less.  Every shipment will have an accompanying tracking number.  Once your item specifications are final, I will convo you with the shipping options. 

*International Shipping is not available at this time.


* I highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for your headboard.  Because the shipping companies are not affiliated with “SwankyHeadboards”, I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are shipped.  If you choose to purchase insurance, please let me know so I can appropriately add it to your customized listing.

*Damages:  I inspect every item prior to shipping so if for some reason your item is damaged during transit, you MUST contact me within 24 hours to start the claims process.  Keep all the original packaging and take photos of both the damaged packaging and the item itself.  These actions will help protect you against any claim denials.  Once your claim is approved, I will create a new headboard at no additional cost to you.  There will be NO changes made to your headboard at this point, however. 

 
Refunds and Exchanges
*It is of the up most importance to me that you LOVE your headboard.  I hold myself to a very strict standard and will not ship a less than quality headboard.  The KEY to achieving this is communication.  Be prepared for A LOT of it (Via email).  Once all decisions are final and you have approved your headboard specifications AND have paid for your item, no changes can be made to your headboard or refunds given at that point.       

*Because these are customized headboards, all item sales are final. No Refunds or Exchanges.
